Generally, Bias in the field of machine learning happens whenever the assumed values are quite different from the real values. A low bias usually depicts a machine whose assumed values are quite close to real ones. Underfitting is generally a case of high bias which can affect an instruction set to miss various relevant relations between target outputs and various features. Data bias is mainly a kind of error inside which some specific elements of the instruction dataset are much more heavily rated or weighted than others.
